I had my air conditioner serviced today by Action Air. The technician's name was Austin Reel. The company was so easy to work with and had great communication about my appointment. But the technician, Austin was outstanding. He was faced with some issues with my system but he solved everything that came up and was so thorough. He didn't rush through the job and could not have been more pleasant. I now have a clean and efficient air conditioner and will continue to use Action Air for as long as i own my house. They were recommended to me by a good friend who worked with them and loved them. Now I do too.....Use them ....you won't be sorry.

Action Air came out and was able to fix the problem with one visit. It’s going on 5 months with no issue. Previously I had another company come out for the same issue 6-8x within a 6 month period never being able to actually fix the problem. I highly recommend Action Air. They listen to your problem and have the skill set to figure out the actual issue and fix it for a reasonable price in a timely manner. You really can’t ask for more when looking for an AC repair company.

Action Air is in a class all their own! Austin Reel just installed a new compressor, and completed a full maintenance refurbishment with such skill, thoroughness, and dedication, to a level of excellence that is truly outstanding! Action Air employees are very expert and knowledgeable, and in addition, they are always punctual, with fair prices and most importantly - completely honest!

The experience with Action Air was flawless. When Lou came to evaluate and do the estimate he was thorough, polite and honest. When Austin R. and Austin M. came to do the work, they were professional timely and explained everything they were doing. I am so happy I did the cleaning of my HVAC. After having construction done a year ago it was necessary.

Had inspection done on villa we were selling. A/C not working and we needed someone asap to come see what was wrong. Called Action Air late in the day. Austin was there the next morning at 8:30am promptly and fixed the problem. Very reasonable, polite, and even texted to say they were on their way. Many thanks for a job well done.
