We had an amazing experience with Mark and Michael from Air Experts. I am also thankful to Misty and other office staff for the excellent customer service and after-hours advice. Our AC drain line got clogged on a Sunday causing the unit to shut off and stop communicating with the thermostat. These guys took care of everything promptly and we could not be more pleased. I was having an issue with my A/C. I called and they were able to send a tech out later that afternoon. I had gotten a bad service call the time before and they credited me back that call and sent Nash this time. Nash was GREAT. Very knowledgeable and patient. He explained what he was doing and how we needed to maintain the system to keep it going. I really appreciated his time and attention to detail.

Made an appt for a 10-2 time frame. Day prior at nearly 4pm, it was confirmed between 11am-12pm. The tech showed up just shy of 9:30am in a personal vehicle, BANGING on the front door and ringing the bell over and over. He apologized, saying he had 2 cancellations. I wasn't contacted, and I kind of wish I made it his 3rd cancellation. $150 for a maintenance later, I was undecided on purchasing a maintenance program, but I'd rather keep looking for a more professional company.

Had to provide a review of this great company after a recent a/c maintenance. I have used a/c maintenance companies for years, but my last maintenance conducted by Air Experts was exceptional. Robert, our technician, was very thorough and knowledgeable, I use this company every 6 months to conduct preventive maintenance on my system and have asked that Robert be the only technician they send going forth.

Replacing our 20-year-old unit turned out to be a MUCH bigger deal than originally thought. When the old unit was removed, it was revealed that the original installer (long before we owned the property) had done a truly unprofessional job — the enclosing space was such a mess that the new system couldn't be properly installed without a rebuild -- understandably not part of AirExperts deal. Fortunately, Lorenzo agreed to the task and spent hours to refit the space -- a really great job. The actual install was a lot quicker than I imagined, so the whole process was done in a single day. All the while, Lorenzo, was charming and positive. He made what might have been an unpleasant experience (for us) into a very good one. Well, done, AirExperts! And thanks, Lorenzo!
