EXCELLENT PRODUCT EXCELLENT SERVICE EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE. The guys were incredibly kind, respectful, and very capable at doing their job. Our new system is beautiful. It’s working beautifully. Our system also has an app that I downloaded and I can work my AC system through the app. It’s amazing.

From the sales person, Danny, to the technicians, Oliver and Bobby, we couldn’t be more pleased with their service, explanations of the system, Quality of the work, their honesty, respect, and integrity. A five star company excellent in every way. I would highly recommend them. I’m so glad we chose them. The system is wonderful, super efficient. My husband and I love it. Jesse Piper was my technician. His service was very good. He understood my system and answered my questions and concerns , explained how this system works and gave his evaluation of what to need and expect in the future. He was good at explaining the new program and relating it to the current contract. His delivery was patient, understandable and personable. He was very through with his actual technical service. It was very good on the part of the dispatcher ( I think it was Ashley) to send him for my service as he has serviced it before and knew my system very well.) He was able to treat me well as an individual costumer and not just as another faceless number. Also, Ashley who I spoke with a number of times this week and in times previous, was also very patient and pleasant, understood my requests and followed through with them. She answered my questions, and helped me step by step to get me to this evaluation. She has a good way of connecting and making me feel appreciated as a me as a customer and also understands the humor in some situations. Both individuals are a credit to your service for retention of and growing of your business. If would hope that you do everything possible to retain them. Thomas Caspari is a very professional technician. He was very informative and detailed troubleshooting system! He found leaks and issues in 20 minutes with his spray bottle leak detector. Not hours with high dollar leak detector!!!!!!! Very impressed with Air Now technicians today. Hope and have no doubt installers tomorrow will keep me at ease! Yesterday was install. Technicians Doug Smith and Clayton Hoffman were excellent. Very courteous, clean, and professional. I am very happy with the end results. Such a neat and professional looking finished install. Definitely take pride in their jobs!! Very recommended!!
