Danny, came and did a rebalance on my house on my new build house and when he was done it changed some zone but we decided over the weekend it wasn't really what we wanted. I called his # and he took time out of his day to come and set it the way we wanted it. I really appreciated it professionalism and his explaining how everything works. He spent a lot of time getting things right and not hurrying. I would definitely use them again. Thanks for the great service!

I had my semi annual maintenance completed on May 10 and was advised by tech that drip pan inside the unit should be replaced by a plastic drip pan. I was advised that it was covered by warranty and agreed to have it done. It was replaced by the same tech on May 20. Since then, the unit will not drain through the line leading outside. Water fills up the interior drip pan, spilling over the air filter, and filling up the emergency drip pan on the floor. It also keeps tripping float switch which shuts the unit down. The tech came back out that night and couldn’t figure what was wrong and left. Another tech came to repair in May 21. He said it was an airlock and claimed to fix it. I’m currently sitting on hold trying to get someone out tonight or tomorrow to fix the problem created by the tech on May 20. I did not have any issues with the unit prior to then. At this point I’m being told no one can come fix the problem created by Del Air for another week. Keep in mind I have paid for the service plan along with an extended warranty to Del Air. I have requested four times to speak with management and every customer service person I speak to promises me a call back. I have yet to speak to anyone.

Del Air did a fantastic job on Easter weekend repairing our air conditioning unit having a part flown in from another branch and got our air conditioning working again to save our Easter weekend! DelAir is the best, going beyond the ordinary and dong the extraordinary!f we have been with Del Air for almost 4 years and they are honest punctual and knowledgeable! Called Del-Air after having several other HVAC companies unsuccessfully service an issue with our A/C unit. They responded quickly, sending someone the very next day. We were fortunate to get a top-notch tech, Mark Coyle. Mark was very professional and seems like a great guy. Most importantly, he knows his stuff and he took the time to actually diagnose the issue, and permanently fix the problem. Will only be using these guys going forward.
