We had an issue with our AC collecting water after a routine maintenance. They came back out and spent multiple visits tracking down the problem. Cody was great. Very nice, polite and worked hard to figure out what was going on. After ordering some parts he was able to repair and replace the problem. Great service overall.

Absolutely one of the best HVAC companies I have worked with. I have had cooling issues in my home for many years. About 5 years ago another company installed an 3 ton unit and it felt better but it never got to the temperature I desired. So I called gator air and they sent Danny out on a Sunday to figure out the remedy. Come to find out the unit that was installed by the other company 5 years ago was undersized and the variable speed fans highest speed had failed. (For the 5th time) I mentioned to Danny I had an extra motor in the attic and he asked me to grab it and he would replace it while he was there to keep my family comfortable until the new unit was installed. So nice of him just to do that on the spot when he only came over for an inspection. After weighing some options. I went with the Daikin Fit 3.5 ton unit. And on my gosh this thing can cool my home no problem! It will literally run circles around my old unit. I would highly recommend not only Gator Air but Daikin the company itself! Thanks to Danny and Jimmy and master technician David H and all involved for getting me all set up and enjoying my home once again.

I can't say enough good things about this company! I had a new system installed almost two years ago. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The system is new technology, super energy efficient,that saves me a lot on the teco bill. The installation was quick and perfect, I just got the county inspection done, and everything is perfect. From the sales person, who gave me a great deal on the system, to the guys that installed it, to the maintenance people and customer service it is a 100/10. I am truly impressed and happy with them. Summer is coming and you will be searching intensely for a GREAT ac company. I did the research for you.. This guys are it!

OMG Cody was great was on time beat me at my house. Was geared up and ready to work. I been out of heat from December to February. Gator ordered the part and Cody fixed it under 45 minutes. Great Technician
