Misty Tucak1 StarThis company did not respond to their promises to complete my home.
After an entire year of trying to complete my punch list and spending over $10,000.00 to complete the unfinished work, the house is still not completed.
The construction manager, Matt Clippard, did not respond to emails or text messages. Promises from workers and waiting for a bathroom to be completed, we waited 9 months to even use our second bathroom that we had to pay to complete the job.
We contacted the Better Business bureau, and this company would not respond or communicate with any of the attempts made to try and settle the completion of work.

Calee Mallary1 StarThis company does not pay its bills! I am with Alert Core Drilling, Inc. We did some concrete demo work back in May of this year and can not after several attempts get a hold of Matt in regards to payment. We have sent several emails to his website listed email address and have had no response. I have also put in several phone calls and left several voicemail's on his cell phone in attempt to collect this payment. He is ignoring every attempt. BE AWARE! I wish I didn't have to put ONE star up just to get this review out.Tuesday 5th December 2017

In my experience he pays attention to detail, works to negotiate the best deals for his client and pays his invoices timely.
