Answered my call and got me in right away. They were able to install a new system very quickly. They were prompt for install, explained everything they did when finished, handled the permitting, explained how to get tax credit, showed how to work new thermastat, pointed out emergency shutoff, filter info and cleaned up any mess they made. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Schwartz Air.

Used to be great as Schwartz, but now that it's been acquired, be wary because routine maintenance can turn into an alleged $2,000 refrigerant leak. A second opinion found absolutely no problems. NOTE: This system was newly purchased and installed by it's predecessor, three years ago.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night, I called Schwartz and Jared answered right away- got me on the schedule for the next day when the previous two companies I called were at least a week out. Jared came right on time and was able to repair a bad capacitor in less than 30 mins. I would recommend Schwartz Air to anyone look for quality work at a fair price. Thank you, Jared.

Not only did you do a 6 month inspection and tune-up, but when I had trouble this afternoon, you were responsive, talked to me on your personal cellphone, then FaceTimed with me to attempt to solve the problem.
