This company is really great! I have been renting a vacation home for the week and the ac cut off. Figured it was the drain lines but didn't have the tools/access to the ac unit in the attic. The owner called the company and they came out in a great time. They cleaned the lines and the ac is back in action. They did a wonderful job and we are so grateful to not be in 90 degrees inside! We use Grande Aire for our rental property in Siesta Key. I have never experienced customer service like this! They get back to you ASAP and explain the issues your unit might be having. If everyone in the service industry had this sense of urgency and follow-up the world would be a better place!

The folks at Grande Aire performed a thorough diagnostic of my AC problem (19 year old compressor), and found an exact replacement. When it arrived they were out early in the AM and replaced the original unit, added refrigerant, tested, and were on their way by noon. Their price was competitive and their work excellent.
