We recently switched over to Green Cooling. They have been great so far. They come out quickly and are accommodating. Michelle is wonderful and so helpful. Doug, Erick and Ryan have all been to our home for estimates and repairs so far. Yesterday Julian and Will installed a new system for us and also cleared a drain in another AC while they were here. Great work and very pleasant. Everyone we have seen and talked to has been great! 😊

I reached out to Green Cooling Solutions because my old AC unit (not purchased through them) that cam with the house I purchased, was failing. Their service tech came out to deal with the issue WITHIN 2 hours. He was great and worked hard to fix a 12 year-old unit that was not maintained (or installed) properly. Despite this, he NEVER mentioned replacing the unit. Despite his successful efforts to fix the device, I brought it up getting a new one and a GCS rep was out to see me within a day or two. The rep (Chris) was great, and he and I agreed that getting a new device made sense because of the age of my old device and the fact that it was undersized to deal with the house and its subsequent additions. He reviewed the sizable tax credits I would be eligible for. I felt very informed and zero pressure. It was nice that he was a Sarasota native, so he understood the ins and outs of the climate here. The install team (Javi, Julian, and Mayo) was outstanding: friendly, clean, kind to my curious dogs. They came quickly and had the old compressor and air handler replaced in about 6 hours. The new device is quieter and clearly more efficient. The WiFi-enabled programable system is simple and will no doubt save money over time. I’m very happy I made this decision. No wonder this organization wins all kinds of awards. I loved working with them. Highest recommendation.

A neighbor of mine recommended Green Cooling Solutions (Green). I wasn’t happy with my previous service provider but had not gotten around to contacting Green, when on a Sunday morning my AC unit stopped working. I contacted Green, and even without a service contract in place, they had a technician out to my place in less than two hours. My unit was over 17 years old so we decided on an interim repair (added coolant) until I decided on a new unit. 3 days later, the system stopped working again at 4:00PM and they immediately came back out and added coolant again by 5:30 that night. Doug, the Service Manager showed up, gave me a quote for a new system and insured me that they would would keep the system going until I finally ordered a new unit which was delivered and installed 4 days later. In the meantime, they came out two more times to add coolant and keep the unit running. They didn’t charge for any of the additional visits, and even credited the initial repair cost to the new unit. The entire company, from the President, to the woman handling the service calls to Doug, the service manager and all of techs were professional, courteous and so easy to work with. It was like I had been a long time customer. I give these folks a 5 star rating and highly recommend them.
