We have called on Integrity AC twice now and could not be happier with them. They promptly return calls if you leave a voice mail, and we were pleased both times that a service technician was able to come to our house quickly. Ivan (our service tech) is pleasant, thorough and very competent. As new owners of this home, our heat pump had been installed by a different company, but Integrity AC looked up the serial number to see if it was still under warranty...it was, and that saved us $600. We are grateful to have had a neighbor recommend Integrity AC, and we are happy to recommend them as well!

Excellent service from both Lori and Brandon. Lori is great at returning my calls or messaging me when I have questions. Something *many* companies do not do well! She is kind and efficient. Brandon has more knowledge about HVAC systems than anyone I've ever met, and he's probably half the age of most "experts"! Plus, he never rushes a job. I don't feel like he has somewhere more important to be. He explains everything in detail. I am really grateful for the integrity that both Lori and Brandon have shown me.

Couldn’t speak more highly of a service provider. Their name says it all and they stand strong with the commitment to integrity. We’ve had other service providers misdiagnose, over estimate, and use ambiguity to take advantage of the situation but never Integrity AC.
