Once the work is done, Dustin explained me the current situation in our attic, showed me the pictures of the work and possible areas of concern. He did not try to sell anything extra, simply provided his professional opinion. The price is very reasonable and I am extremely happy with their service overall. Manasota Roofing was paid to repair our roof leak based on there analysis of the problem. They were paid in full for their work but completely misdiagnosed the problem and it only got worse. They refused to return numerous phone messages, text and email messages to address the problem. I have since had to hire another roofing company to fix the problem. Hopefully, this company knows what they're doing.
