Mr. AC, owned by Andy and Renni Naylor, the office manager Jessica, and installation professionals Dave Loyd and Jordan U did a great job. Everyone was kind courteous professional, took the time to answer any questions or concerns, and I explained several things I had questions about. They had a whole new system up and running less than 18 hours from my call. The customer interaction and true care for what their job is, PLUS a trustworthy company who only hire trustworthy people was the main reasons we hired Mr. AC. We were given a few options to select for a new system & plans were devised to make it the most affordable with the payment and plan that worked For my husband and I. Two of the things that were important to me were value for the price, service provided by workers who actually care Both Dave Loyd and Jordan U exceeded out expectations. The owner made every effort to work with our budget. The integrity of Mr AC closed the deal. Mr. AC Serviced the unit we had And somehow kept it going for us two years past the normal lifespan of the model we had prior to replacing it. Any of the other competitors I had inquired with tried to sell me a song and dance and really have no regard from when I was asking as a customer. Mr. AC never once attempted to take it vantage of us or upsell Us or pressure us to buy Services not needed. They promised they would let us know when simple repairs we’re no longer going to be beneficial and a new system would be the safest and best investment. I can truly say I believe we got more than we would have received anywhere else for the price we paid. It’s nice to support local business especially those that Put their customer first And really take pride and what they do. Great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to this company by an extremely reliable source. I called to tell them my wall AC unit had died and I wanted to determine if my home HVAC unit was adequate to cover waaaaay over at the other end of the house. I found that their pricing is competitive for this type of job. We decided that we would go for a mini split unit and so happy we did. It is quiet and esthetically pleasing. Their staff arrived on time and were delightful to work with. Kyle did the initial assessment and James did the installation. I can highly recommend this company!

Your technician, Mr. Dwayne Middleton, came to our home this morning following our request for maintenance service to our Ac unit. It was a very pleasant experience. Mr. Middleton did a excellent job. He was professional and thorough, respectful and polite. He took the time to explain in details the work completed and what was required to be done on our unit. At no time did he try to pressure us in buying extra services. He gave us a well written report with details and costs. We really appreciated his visit.

Mr AC installed a new A/C unit for us 8 yrs ago when he was first starting out. He gave us a fair price and we have been very pleased . Since then we have had the coils cleaned once ( we have pets) and I tend to forget to renew the service contract but sure enough when I came home, it was 82 inside! So I called, I didn’t have a contract but the nice secretary had Dwayne here within the hour. He diagnosed a capacitor, checked out the whole system, made some recommendations and repaired the system and before I knew it, the house was cool again. I know they are all excellent techs but Dwayne was extra professional, thank you! I did purchase a new contract too.

We have been using Mr AC for our ac maintenance for a couple of years. We have had nothing but good service from them. However, we had a slight issue with the past service call, but as soon as the service manager found out, she scheduled a follow up visit (no charge) with another tech. Charles came out today to review our system and check to see why one of our rooms was not getting cool. He went in the attic and took pictures and a video so he could explain to me what the problem was and how to correct it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything to me and was patient with all my questions. And he was able to complete the work today. A big thanks to Charles for a job well done!
