I was a customer of Nice Air. Loved Carlos. He was awesome! But one day the son came out with Carlos and told me I needed a new air conditioner for $10k. I did nothing and a year later still have no issues. I got a bad vibe from the moment he opened his mouth. I think he was trying to sell me something I did not need. I have talked to the dad on the phone and liked him as well. I was very satisfied until I met the son. That made me switch companies.

They came out quickly. Then fixed the HVAC within an hour. They took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and it's clear the service crew was extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

Nice air installed a new system this year to replace our old system we had installed with them years ago. They did a beautiful job and we love the new one. We just had our 6 month service and all is running well. We have had Nice air for about 25 years and love them. It’s a family business and they have just a tight team of dedicated guys: Frank, Bryce, Carlos, Roberto, and Alex. We had the, out today for rotating maintenance check and Roberto and Alex were great. We wouldn’t want to use any other company. Thank you everyone at Nice Air.
