I can't fully express how professional Ocean Air is. The tech arrived at the agreed upon time. His knowledge of AC and HVAC was amazing. He was clean, had all the latest equipment, and took the time to explain what he was doing, what the outcome could be, and how to progress. Forget all the other companies. This is THE place to call.

I am very disappointed in this business with the new ownership. I have been working with the previous owners for over 4 years and they were great. The new owners requested some minor updates to the website. They agreed to the hourly rate and estimated hours to complete. I proceeded without upfront payment because of the previous relationship. All the minor updates were approved by the staff. We completed the project and collected the payment (under $500). Two months later they did a charge back for the work that we did. This has nothing to do with the money but the character of the new owners. Take it for what it is worth,

Update: The owner has now posted a factually inaccurate response to my review. For example, the coupon presented was sent to our home in December 2021, addressed to my name specifically, after we bought the house- so it was definitely not from 2019. The clear fact is that the unit was working fine and not leaking before Ocean Aire's visit, and afterwards it leaked all over the garage floor. I would highly recommended avoiding this company entirely. Original review: We bought a new house and scheduled an A/C check with Ocean Aire to make sure everything is working ok. Arsen came out and made some adjustments- he was very nice but whatever he did, it caused the unit to leak water onto the garage floor later that day and ruin several boxes of items and two bookcases. I tried to resolve this with both the customer service manager, Brandy, and the owner, Philip, but both stopped returning phone calls. We're out two wet, moldy bookcases and several damaged irreplaceable personal items. Really awful experience.

Arsen was the consummate service technician that we have come to expect from Ocean Air for the last two years (three visits). He replaced a surge protector, cleaned all the oak leaves out of the fan well, sprayed off the coils and water proofed one part of the blower unit. He spent the time necessary which was over an hour. He made recommendations for future preventative additions that will increase the life of the unit which is currently 3 yrs old and installed by Ocean Air. We are very happy with the service of Ocean Air, both the technician and the office staff.

This was our second time getting a new a/c system from Mr. Bill. We had several quotes and no one could beat his price. We had a new system installed less than 24 hours after we called for a quote. Their amazing quick response is priceless in this summer heat. The installation team was prompt, courteous, very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We are very impressed with this whole experience and will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.
