Hurricane Ian took the roof off my home and dumped about 2 feet of rainwater inside. The entire house had to be gutted down to the studs and remediated for mold. Panhandle Restoration of Sarasota is hands down the best company that I have dealt with throughout this entire rebuild process. Their crews were so friendly, caring, hard working, and meticulous with the remediation and cleaning that it blew me away. One of the workers told me “we are going to do our best job on your house to make it brand new again” and they did. They were up in my attic scrubbing and treating all of the boards by hand and the house passed mold tests with flying colors after failing just two weeks prior. Someone commented about how my house even smelled like fresh lumber after their work. They were very fair with the price for the amount of demo and cleaning they did and I would highly recommend to anyone needing mold or water remediation. Look at the pictures of the studs and trusses. The pics speak for themselves. We are almost back in our home now, and I am confident it is even better than ever! Thank you Panhandle for giving us peace of mind and reversing the damage from Ian.

Zach and his team at Panhandle are a pleasure to work with. I am a property manager and had extensive water intrusion to my Longboat Key property during Hurricane Ian. Zach had a crew out the very next day to start drying out 27 condo units. They were there for weeks until all work had been completed and the property was restored. I also used Panhandle at my Moms house when she got mold from a leak in her attic. They are professional, courteous, and fast! The customer service cannot be beat. Zack is super knowledgeable and was able to help us understand the insurance claim process and it made the whole stressful ordeal so much easier to navigate. I hope I never need them again, but if I have a problem with water or mold, I know who to call.
