Seven years ago, the previous owners of our house in the Trails introduced Oleg and recommended him highly. We have renewed our annual contract with him since then. He has maintained out older system in perfect running condition. For two years the house was rented, while we were temporarily relocated to another state. When the renters complained that the furnace was not working correctly, we arranged by long distance with Oleg's staff to coordinate an appointment with the renters which they did immediately. Within record time, Oleg visited the house, immediately noticed the number of pets (three dogs and four birds), replaced the filter and had the system humming again. All done for a minimal charge and the cost of the replacement filter. I trust Oleg completely. He and his staff are first rate, and they have my highest recommendation. Bernie

I have been using Perfect Air for a number of years now. They have always shown up on time, and taken care of my a/c for this house and the previous one too. I just had a coil leak and with the age of the system, decided to go with a replacement system. Perfect Air got it done and it has been running wonderfully for the past 2 weeks. It is so nice and quiet and easy to operate the new thermostat. I have the maintenance contract with them and my normal service technician has always shows up on time and is very personable. I am so glad I listened to my co-worker who recommended them way back around 2008. They have taken good care of me all these years.

We moved into our new home. It had two fairly new A/C units (less than a year old). We wanted to install a second zone in our home for the new media room so it could be controlled on its own. After considering/interviewing several companies, Perfect Air was our choice. And we couldn't be happier. With the additional zone off one of the A/C units, they installed new duct-work back to the media room (which is in the back of the house). There were challenges in getting it set up properly but they were there at every step of the way. Tony was AMAZING. Always courteous, always calm and ready to help. As I said, it took a few times to fine-tune the setup with flow between the two zones, but don't take that to mean anything was wrong. They wanted to get it 100% right. They also installed new thermostats that could be controlled via an app which is also very convenient. I waited to post my review until I was satisfied that everything was great, and consistent. I just want to say that we have had previous, horrible experiences with various A/C companies. No need to get into all that, but living in Florida, you know how important good A/C is, and we were so nervous about embarking on this new work. We came from our Orlando home which was a new, massive remodel and we had four zones there on one unit and loved it. Here we have two units, so we only needed a second on one of the two. As someone who has moved quite a lot related to my field of work, I've seen and heard it all with the various A/C companies. Not only is Perfect Air the BEST A/C company we've ever dealt with, but they are one of the top companies we've dealt with in any kind of home related work. Again, Tony was just such a refreshing gentleman. Always kind, controlled, caring and was totally focused on making it right. I HIGHLY recommend Tony and their staff. Each and every one we dealt with were just as caring and dedicated as Tony. Trust me, if you need A/C work - no matter what it is - don't go anywhere else. Perfect Air is just that; PERFECT!

Our family has been using Perfect Air for our routine air-conditioning maintenance with great results. Important considerations include quick response time, quality diagnostics of equipment issues, and great service. Last week I had two new units installed. Due to the size of the investment I did get two other estimates for comparison. I chose Perfect Air because their quotation was fair and I know that The installation would be done properly and with all the attention to detail. Be careful who you choose to take care of your equipment. I trust Oleg and the people at Perfect Air without hesitation.

Perfect Air is great AC company and we have been using them for many years. They are always on-time and very good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone. They just simply "perfect" in their field of work. We have their service in many different houses over the years and every time they have done superb job at affordable price.
