Answered phone after standard business hours, and sent a tech out the next morning ( July 4) diagnosed, ordered parts and installed in short order. The heat index was 109 the day they installed the new parts. Very pleased

AVOID AVOID AVOID Especially if you have a home warranty! They will come out, "diagnose" an issue, tell you what parts are needed and then say they will be dealing with the home warranty company; mind you they have been out to my home for the same issue going back several years. They simply won't fix the cause of the leak. That is the extent of the service. I have a leaking AC handler that is leaking into my kitchen and they came out on 10/05/21, spent all of 20 minutes telling me I needed new coils. A week later, I called and was told Cinch had cancelled the claim. Cinch said they had not and were trying to locate the parts. I conferenced Randy from Premium and he provided the information on the parts needed. That night, Randy requested the claim be reassigned without telling me. The following day on 10/14, I received a text advising me Sears was scheduled for the following week. I called Premium and left an unanswered message. I called Premium today and Chris, the owner, blamed Cinch and said they often lie to their customers. When I called Cinch back, they informed me Randy requested the change and when confronted, Chris said he did not want to do the service. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and fail at communication. Avoid at all cost.

This is our first experience with Premium Air and they were responsive, and very professional. Unfortunately our ac went out on the Friday of the Memorial weekend holiday and we had to wait for service, but they showed up and quickly fixed the problem on Tuesday. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and he was willing to work around our schedule on Tuesday to make sure we got serviced.

Premium Air Solution did an amazing job replacing our HVAC unit and made sure they were serviced regularly to prevent malfunctions and service interruptions. Their service team was very knowledgeable, friendly and charged a fair and affordable price for services. They listened to our inquiries, answered all our questions, provided comprehensive quotes and refrained from using pressure tactics to win our business.  My family was comfortable and felt safe when Premium Air Solutions completed repairs and preventive maintenence services in our home.
