These guys really needed their Taco Bell in Brandon, FL today. Had to take up two handicap spots with their van and trailer in the process. If they are this discourteous to the handicap I would keep a watchful eye on them while performing work for your home or business.

They identified the problems, provided accurate work and cost estimates, showed up on-time for appointments and now everything is functioning properly. This is clearly a 5 star rating to Putnam Mechanical for their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness of the crew and office staff and prompt installation of our new Lennox inverter system. The system has operated perfectly right from installation, no call-backs were necessary. Pricing was very fair, which was confirmed for us as we obtained proposals from four contractors. We have great confidence in recommending Putman Mechanical. Thank you Chris for operating such an outstanding company!

Worst people to work with. I would give 0 if I could. Super expensive than any other service. charged me $600 for prep table repair, & 1 lb freon (Higher than any other service, you can check by yourself). Cooler stopped working just in 2 days, asked them to come & check at least what’s going on without any additional charges (Since they came just 2 days ago, & charged huge money, thought that it’s their moral responsibility) Didn’t came & started making some stupid reason and asked for more money for additional visit. We are not stupid guys, even if you would have put enough freon, that would have lasted at least couple of weeks. Worst people, very cheap mindset for the business. Will never use their service again, and wouldn’t recommend at all. Sincerely,

Everything was perfect from initial discussion thru the installation and followup. The system is working perfectly and we are learning the variations of the new thermostat system which allows us to control our internal environment much better than the previous system. Thanks to Chris, Bruce and Rick for an excellent installation.
