My 10 month old Allied A/C condenser lasted only 10 months with multiple parts that needed to be ordered. It went out on Sunday night and Monday morning Quinn was here and showed me the problem (one piece was burnt). Well I had to call daily to check on parts with no answer when parts would arrive. Tuesday at 4:50 pm I called and got an answering service in Texas who called Quinn (on duty) who phone me promptly to tell me Ray had successfully gotten me a new unit Wednesday morning to be installed. No one in the office called me Tuesday to tell me the good news. Thank goodness for Quinn as I slept better that night hot as it was. New unit was installed by Quinn and Josh. I highly praise their employees on the road. Office communication not so good!

I have a very expensive AC — knowing that with that higher cost unit I am under warranty and have 24/7 service. Called Memorial Day middle of the day…no answering service. When they called me after I submitted email request— said “oh yeah you were covered” but they took zero ownership of how exactly am I covered if you have no answering service. She just said they were closed. Um— which is it? You closed or I’m covered.? Meanwhile she’s typing away on computer and not listening to me. I’d feel differently if this was the first time I’ve gotten the go around from this company but it’s about the third time. Take ownership or stop claiming high place service and warranty coverage.

Quinn just left doing an inspection of my system. Highly recommend, did not try to upsell me everything that every other AC technician does when they come. Gave me some great information and I asked for a quote on a new system since my AC and will be needing replacement soon.

I’ve had this new unit from them for only a couple months, and I’ve had to call today for a second time as the unit stopped working. Technician won’t be here for 2 to 4 hours. I’m roasting. I regret using this company. I’ll edit this review if something changes, but right now I am not happy with Quality of Sarasota :-(
