Line Brousseau5 StarWe had an excellent customer experience with Rench's Cooling & Heating. From the very beginning, we dealt directly with Mr. Robby Stevenson, who was recommended to us by a trusted friend. This recommendation fully lived up to the company’s outstanding reputation.
The customer service was personalized throughout the entire process — from the initial quotation, to the expert recommendations on the product to install, the promptness of responses, the punctuality of the team who arrived on time for every appointment, and the clarity of all communications. The only delays we encountered were due to a third party (Manatee County inspection), which was entirely beyond Rench's control.

The first company I called had to come out 2 times to diagnose correctly and wanted to price gouge and sell me services I did not need. I will be staying with Rench's and I even got the service plan! Nora Clouse5 StarI made a Service call to Rench’s recently and believe Bryan went out of his way to make my call a priority. Michael arrived on time, provided excellent customer service, and did a bunch of troubleshooting until he resolved my A/C issue. Unfortunately my contract had expired. I appreciate the 20% discount on a new annual contract as a previous customer. The next day, Casey arrived to perform an A/C maintenance appointment. He conducted a comprehensive inspection and other maintenance then reported everything was in excellent working condition. I have peace of mind with Rench’s!Monday 4th August 2025
