Patrice Fanning1 StarAs a third generation customer I will never use this company again. They managed to completely destroy three Turkish rugs valued at $16,000, lose another rug of mine for over two weeks, and try to give me 2 rugs that were not mine. . The person who manages their office is completely incompetent, and when I went in to talk about my situation, she stated that my rugs had been delivered. Not true, she had to find them. She stated that she would have one of the owners get back with me and requested my receipts for purchase of my rugs to begin an insurance claim. She also told me that she would go next-door and check on the condition of three of my rugs that had gone back in for cleaning a second time. Several days later, she said she could not do that, the owners would not contact me and there was nothing more they could do for me. The rugs below never look that color prior to me sending them to this company. Very disappointed.Sunday 19th January 2025
Justis Jones5 StarDerek and Wendell were very professional and prompt. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving and arrived on time. They took the time to discuss the process and then got to work immediately and along the way they showed me the results, which were absolutely amazing. At the end, my house looks like it is brand new tiles, I would highly recommend Derick and to anyone as they are both And very good at their job. Teasdale Fenton has earned as a customer for life. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone. The level of work done was extremely good very detailed and very thorough. Once again we are very very pleased!

Teasdale Fenton was here all day working hard, scrubbing and then sealing the grout. I'm going get them back here for my rugs. We could not be more pleased with his professionalism, work and his results.
He was methodical and very detailed in the approach. And he has a good sense of humor.
My only complaint was that he was reluctant to have me help him move items around.
