Rocco immediately called us back and was here first thing Monday. He fixed the motor and worked with the manufacturer to get it covered and registered it for any future problems. TSI went above and beyond... I needed someone to inspect my A/C the same day. They came out, only charged me for basic cleaning, gave me the report I needed and came back 30 days later to clean and service my A/C after I moved in. Great customer service and incredibly fast response time.

I had my six month maintenance service performed. Mat, the service technician was punctual and performed all the inspections in a professional and timely manner. When he was finished he explained everything that he. He also told about anything in the future that I should be concerned about. I would highly recommend TSI for any A/C work that would have to be done. Many kudos to the entire staff at Technical Services.

We found this company at the home show in St Petersburg. They offered a special to do a 17-point preseason tune-up and check. It was a very very reasonably priced. They also had cookies at their booth and they were excellent. They sent a young man out to check out our system and he was very thorough, he was late but he called us as a courtesy. He was clean, put on booties when he went in the house, made suggestions as to what we could do in the future. Did all of the 17 points on the checklist, he left us feeling that this will be our new air conditioning company. Young man's name was Joby and he was excellent and I hope I don't need to call these people again until next year, but I won't hesitate to call them. Also at the show they offered to put into our air handler, and additive that will keep it clean at no extra charge. I hope my future contact with this company will be as good.

Had Josh come out sell us a air conditioner w/ heat pump and new duct work with intake and out take, never finished job. 8 months later still open permit no new duct work rats running through the airconditioner, techs coming out saying they will be back to finish and never showing back up to do job! Open permit about to be red flagged. Service manager lying everyday how unacceptable this all is and still not doing anything about it. Sad excuse for a company! Really thought I had found a great family company, wrong again. Lawyer time!!

The tec Gabriel was actually informative and not trying to up sale me anything I didn’t need. He took the time to answer and explain my questions. I have been working with this company for six years. In my panic modes of no air their response has never fallen short of quick , fair prices, and great customer service .
