Joan Eckert5 StarCompetent, professional and easy to talk with. Westwind has answered all questions we have had regarding A/C model selection, maintenance and add on features like infrared lights. Also discussed pros and cons of different models for our living space. Installed a remote access thermostat for us which has worked well this past year - - no problems! Seamless system install last year; great maintenance continues this year. We signed up for their maintenance plan.
Alison did our maintenance this time and she was great! Added the infrared lights for us at the last minute at our maintenance appointment and told us what she did after the work providing photos of all work completed. While they usually are on time for appointments; when there is a delay they keep us in the loop as to the revised arrival time.
